First of all, I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who entered my Birthday/Blogiversary Giveaway. Thank you for all your tips, I have definitely taken them to heart and will be working on some tutorials for 2013. A big congratulations to the winner, Michaela T! I hope you enjoy your prize!
And now on to the good news, welcome to my Christmas/New Year International Giveaway! I've actually been planning my Christmas giveaway for a while but as I will be away for almost a month (returning early February 2013), I won't be able to send the prize out until I return, so I thought I would just let it run until I get back.
Christmas is probably my favourite time of year, I get to spend time catching up with the family, enjoying warm weather, and all that delicious food and drink! Plus, it's great fun shopping for your loved ones (and sneaking a gift or two for yourself into your shopping basket in the bargain)! I really couldn't not do a Christmas giveaway, it's my way of celebrating Christmas with all my lovely readers! I adore Lancóme cosmetics, it's one of my favourite high end brands (I adore the luxurious products and packaging) so I thought I'd do a Lancóme giveaway for Christmas! Here's a peek at the prize pack on offer!
Giveaway contents.
Lancóme Colour Design All-In-One shadow palette containing five shadows and a liner in Violet Magnetique (I own this palette, scroll down for swatches)
Lancóme Ombre Hypnose single eyeshadow in Rose Etoile
Lancóme mini eye crayon in Noir - black (I own one and love how very dark it is, it's perfect for waterlining)
Lancóme mini L'Absolu Rouge lipstick
They say a photograph tells a thousand words, so here are several!
The Lancóme prize pack! |
The palette. |
The single shadow. |
Mini lipstick and mini eye pencil. |
These swatches are taken from my palette. You will get a brand new one! |
I'm very excited to be sharing this giveaway with all of you, and hope it goes to a lovely home!

ReplyDeleteand i'm looking forward too have a good year with a job :)
I have absolutely no idea what I am doing for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteMy Mum suggested I go through to her place, but it is SUCH a mission to pack up the kids and all the gear and go through, as we have to stay the night. Driving through on Christmas day is a mission and tiring for Smalls, and to complicate things, Small's Birthday is Boxing Day.
Easier if they come to me, but they are always reluctant to leave their place, and year before last Dad didn't even come.
I am thinking of just going to a nice tranquil spot and picnicing and fishing with the kids. Sounds a lot more mellow and relaxed than rushing around trying to please everyone else :D
For 2013 my goal is to start with a clean slate. And you know what THAT means!
No more wanting to smack a certain person upside the ear with a cast iron skillet. No siree. 2013 I am having memory erasure and Skype blocking installed :D :D
Actually. It's such a waste. All 2012 I have been looking forward to actually being near enough to be ABLE to use that skillet... now for 2013 all I am looking forward to is NOT NEEDING to have to use it :D
DeleteSeriously... I am going to look at a new goal/target or something :D
Ooh I know... I am looking forward to de-aging my eyebrows ;)
I will be celebrating Christmas with my boyfriends family, who after 5 years are really my family too. We will spend the day eating and laughing and probably playing some Pictionary.. In 2013 I am looking forward to graduating from uni and getting my first job as a qualified social worker!
ReplyDeleteThank you for another giveaway! =)

ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to celebrating with my beautiful family; a delicious roast lunch with all the trimmings at my parents place, then a delicious lamb spit at my Greek in-laws!
ReplyDeleteIt's my first Christmas with the husband and our apartment is tiny, hardly a place for cooking up a feast. Since we live in Japan and turkeys aren't all that easy to come by, we'll be having a tandoori chicken for our Christmas dinner! I'm looking for to a new job in an entirely different industry and seriously tackling learning Japanese.
ReplyDeleteThis will be my first Christmas off in years. Seriously, I'm having a very hard time remembering the last Christmas when I wasn't working. So I'm really looking forward to spending time with my family, my partner's family, exchanging gifts, eating too much, and drinking a bit as well. All the things that many others seem to take for granted. I hope 2013 is filled with positivity and love for everyone!
ReplyDeleteI'm celebrating Christmas with my family an I'm praying all of us will be there. I really want 2013 to bring peace in my family and all our troubles will finally come to an end

ReplyDeleteWe start the festivities with fish and chips and monopoly on Christmas eve. This started because we were all to shagged to cook dinner after all the houseworky/xmas prep stuff I insist the hubby and kids help me with each year. If we are having a late lunch elsewhere the kids and hubby make pancakes for breakfast (how they eat a roast after this, I'll never know). Every other year one sister in law and her kids come down from Canberra and and the other comes from the States with her hubby and then we have my husbands two very elderly great aunts join us as well, very english senses of humour they have! Then the present unwrapping begins followed wine/champagne/beer infused after noon nap and watch the men folk attempt to put the kids toys together. We always have a blast. To finish the gluttony off those who are inclined take a massive picnic lunch made of the leftovers to the Boxing day cricket match.
ReplyDeleteThank's for this giveaway ~
