A little while ago, I came across an amazing thread on a website I frequent daily, and made a mental note to revisit. Basically, readers could upload interesting photos of make up looks that they liked, and other readers could try to recreate the look themselves. I thought it was a really interesting idea! Tonight, while I was watching my weekly TV run of Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, and Private Practice, I was having an idle browse and decided I felt like recreating one of the looks, so I picked this one below as it looked really fun.

I believe it may have been done using the Sleek Acid palette, but I was certain I could pull off a similar look with my Beauty UK Soho palette, so I gave it a shot.
Here's what I came up with, I think it's reasonably close. The only thing I missed, is the slight lilac tinge just under the eyebrow, I don't know how but it didn't show up too well on my laptop screen when I was recreating this look and I've only just noticed it while updating this post!
I don't know if I'd ever wear it out, but it was really fun to try recreating something new. :)
What did you think? Now, I might be setting myself up for an epic failure here, but has anyone got any looks that they think I should try? Post a link and I'll try to get to it. :)

DeleteI love colourful eyeshadows, reminds me of a rainbow. I bet you'd grab alot of good attention with your eyes also

It is full on, but surprisingly not as bad when my eyes are open! I can just think of wearing it as part of a clown outfit with a rainbow wig, hehe!
